Our presale will take place in two parts. Part one will be a private sale which will be an invite to groups/people we think can help get the protocol off on the right foot.

The second part of our presale will be a public sale, open to all on a first-come, first-served basis. You can see the breakdown of the presale below.

Total raise = 135 ETH

Private sale: 1,000,000 $NOVA tokens will be sold with a 50 ETH raise. This price implies a 2 million FDV and a circulating market cap around 320k.

Public Sale: 1,000,000 $NOVA tokens will be sold with 85 ETH raise. This implies 3.4 million FDV and a circulating market cap around 450k.

Liquidity Pool: 600,000 $NOVA tokens will be pooled with 75 ETH with an expected launch price of .5 which implies 5 million FDV and a circulating market cap around 800k.

Presale Vesting :

The private sale will be subject to a vesting schedule with 20% released at TGE, followed by a 4-month linear vesting period whilst the public sale will be subject to a vesting schedule with 25% released at tge followed by a 3-month linear vesting.
