Tokenomics

The distribution of the 10,000,000 total supply will be as follows:

  • Marketing Incentives: To help grow and capture users/TVL through social medias and develop partnerships, 1,200,000 $Nova will be allocated for this purpose.

  • Incentives: To incentivize users to deposit and borrow, 5,000,000 $Nova will be used to subsidize fees. These tokens will be solely used inside of the protocol itself.

  • Presale: There will be two sales: a private sale of 1,000,000 $Nova for 50 ETH (~ $200k) and a public sale of 1,000,000 $Nova for 85 ETH (~ $350k). The total amount raised will be 135 ETH. More information will be provided in the presale category.

  • Liquidity Pool: At launch, 75 ETH will be paired with 600,000 $Nova, resulting in a listing price of roughly .42$ depending on the price of ETH at launch (considering 4000$ per ETH).

  • Team: The team will receive 1,200,000 $Nova. Team allocation will also be vested, with a three-month cliff followed by a linear vesting over a period of 12 months.
